Superb property foe sale in St-Felix de Valois , I'm selling because I have to move out of the country , despite the fact that Rte 131 passes in front of my property , it is a very quiet place with wonderful neighbours , there are 2 bedrooms already set up and 2 more could be turned into bedrooms , dining room, kitchen and family room are open concept with a nice fireplace that comes in handy for the colder months of fall and winter , complete bathroom with a laundry room on the ground level floor , also another bathroom in the basement , family tv and computer room with a wood burning stove , storage room also , mechanical room where the pumps are , one for the water system that supplies the house that comes from my surface well , and the other pump supplies the irrigation system to water my lawn without having to deal with the city hall , I also have a sceptic tank that will be emptied by the end of September or maybe before , we'll see , all appliances are included and also all the furniture here is up for grabs so if you want to look at it , we can talk , it's all top quality stuff , I can be out of here within 30 days but we can also talk about this , the garage ha an electric door and there are around 8 cords of good wood that will be left for the next owner , the gazebo and swing set also.
