Large multi-level property in very good condition, large bright rooms, immaculate finish. Fireplace in living room, forced air heating, with heat pump. Beautiful large landscaped lot, bordered by a high cedar hedge, including 2 large patios with electrical outlets, including one with pergola, and 2 sheds. Parking for 4 cars, plus a large parking lot on the side of the house for a large 45-foot RV with 30 amp electrical outlet. Garage with floor and ceramic walls. Small stream accessing Lac Matha.
Wonderful place to go snowmobiling and ATV (4 wheels). At approximately 2 kilometers, access to Lac Noir to navigate with descent of boats near the bridge (50,00$ annual fee for residents).
