Owners’ comments
Magnificent two-storey summer cottage (four seasons) with access to the lake in a wooded environment. Approximately 2 hours from Montreal ans 15 minutes from the village of Saint-Michel-des-Saints where all the services are found : supermarket Provigo, various businesses, a dentist, CLSC, golf, marina, etc.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two others on the first floor. There is a fireplace in the sitting room and an interior SPA in the living room. There are windows all around the living room.
The cottage is sold with all its contents : freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, washing machine, dryer, electric Elran armchairs, tables and chairs, furniture, etc.
Recent renovations: new electric entry of 200 amperes; new submersible water pump and a new water heater, etc.
Lake Taureau is accessed by a path across state land (unconstructible) which gives access to a small public beach used by only three neighbours.
