Owners’ comments
Farmhouse with a small house, a small stable and a tack room. There is even a log cabin on the property! It is a place crossed by a stream with a pretty waterfall. At the ends there are two woodlands where birch, maple, aspen, oak and pine grow.
The house has two small bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room, a recently renovated bathroom and space for a washer and dryer. Its windows and doors are new. In front, there is a large terrace with a ramp to the campfire area and a staircase to the parking lot. There is a level 2 charging station for hybrid or electric cars. Behind the house there is a veranda with mosquito nets and an apprentice for storing firewood.
Near the stable there are two paddocks for horses and a smaller one which once housed a couple of ponies. Next to these facilities is a log cabin built in 1989. There is no running water in this building, but there is electricity, a new wood stove and a baseboead. Behind, there is a beak.
Further on the ground, there is a large area of organic land just waiting to be exploited. Directly in front, there is a large sand exercise area for horses with a ramp designed to help the little ones or the less skilled to get into the saddle.
In the sector, there is the Val Notre Dame Abbey and its good products, there are several trails, the golf course and the slides of St-Jean-de-Matha, the alpine skiing of Val-St-Côme, the good beers from the Trécarré microbrewery.
Here, the view is beautiful, the stars are numerous, it's intimate, it's calm. You can ask for nuthatches, phebis flycatchers, warblers, sparrows, chickadees, goldfinches and at night, the barred owl.
