Large and luxurious modern condo. Located near a prestigious residential area and Pierre-Legardeur hospital. It is close to Montreal via highways 40 and 640. It offers several transport amenities: commuter train station/Terrebonne, shuttle bus to Radisson metro.

Very functional kitchen; Closed entrance hall; Open concept dining and living room; Wall mounted air conditioning; Alarm system and a gas fireplace in the living room; Master bedroom with French doors, two large wardrobes, and a patio door. Bathroom, heated floor, corner bath, and shower. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a good size and can be used as an office. 2 balconies in addition to a storage space adjacent to the rear balcony. We have 2 reserved and notarized parking spaces, as well as several spaces for visitors. For people who work in Montreal but prefers to stay on the North Shore of the island, the location is ideal to avoid the traffic of Repentigny (about 25 minutes savings).
