Absolutely beautiful condo in a great location! Very bright thanks to the abundance of windows. High ceiling in the open area. Large kitchen and recent cupboards. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room. Natural gas fireplace to enhance the evenings in the living room.
Unique with its 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with 2 double wardrobes and a patio door leading to a second balcony. The bathroom is en-suite and has a heated floor. The third bedroom is equipped with a Murphy bed. Closed entrance with a large, practical wardrobe.
Wall-mounted air conditioner. Large terrace with natural gas BBQ connected directly to the building included. Exterior storage is directly accessible from the second balcony. Lots of green space. Close to all services, restaurants, hospital, school, and shops. Near the accesses of highways 40 and 640.
