Superb and very well maintained and renovated up to date.

Large open area on the ground floor. Beautiful kitchen with lots of storage with its concrete island. 3 bedrooms on the same floor and a 4th bedroom in the basement. Large fenestration allowing a beautiful brightness throughout the property.
