House 2009, non-smoking, very well fenestrated 30X40 and a heated garage of 26X27 with 2 electric doors. The garage has a hot and cold garage sink and storage units. The asphalt entrance for more than 10 cars was redone in 2016. Energy windows with crank in pine and PVC. The exterior cladding is declining cedar. There is double insulation of the attic.

A large plot of 20,000 sq. Ft. (6,100 sq. Ft.) With 2 young apple trees, lilacs, raspberries, mature trees. The price of the land equals 28% of the price of the sale of the house. You can have an organic garden and an urban chicken coop. 15X16 cement patio surrounding the 24X52 above-ground heated pool. The pool, electric heat pump and all accessories are included. On the patio, an aluminum fence with doors that lock for more security. An electrical input of 200 amperes.

An additional emergency electrical system in case of power failure for fridge, freezer, etc. This parallel system connects to a generator with an outside entrance. Alarm system connected with 2 keyboards. One in the house and the other in the garage. There are 2 motion detector outdoor lighting systems forward and backward.

The ground floor consists of a functional kitchenette with oak cabinets. The dining room and the living room are very good size.
