Magnificent 1,017 square feet open concept condo located in the Urbanova ecological complex in Terrebonne. Phase V of the Espace D complex, the most recent and final phase. Very reasonable condo fees of $191.50/month (including natural gas).

Modern 2020 construction with high-end equipment inground heated salt-water pool, urban chalet, heated and secure garage, outdoor visitor parking spaces, automatic lighting, professional landscaping, 10-foot high ceilings, Vaillancourt quality windows, blinds, curtains, poles quality curtains and fixtures, quartz countertop, gas fireplace, central air conditioning. (No unsightly wall-mounted A/C). Custom-built grey tile mural with electric fireplace and home theater style wall mounted LED lighting with dimmer in the living room.

Located right facing the interior courtyard this condo is peaceful and quiet and is very well lit thanks to its double patio doors and large windows. A very large covered balcony allows you to stay relax and stay dry even if the weather isn't great outside. The balcony is equipped with a natural gas wall outlet for BBQ as well as an electrical outlet. An urban chalet combined with the swimming pool allows you to entertain your guests, it includes armchairs, TV, pool table, kitchenette, terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
