Lots of natural lights. 9' ceiling and excellent soundproofing. Very large kitchen counter island finished with double sink and plenty of stool sitting space. Lunch bar. Beautiful cabinets offering good storage space finished to the ceiling. Large pantry. Great for entertaining, walkout from the dining area to a huge roof-covered large balcony. 2 bathrooms one with separate deep bathtub and shower and one half for practicality. Large master bedroom with a walk-in-closet offering big patio doors opening to a nice roof-covered private large balcony. Lots of closet space.
