Located in a quiet and family area, close to the commuter train, restaurants, Premium Outlet Montreal, Parc du Domaine Vert and sports activities (bike paths, golf, etc.).
Main residence: Kitchen cabinets in cherry wood, ceramic heated floor. Renovated full bathroom which walk-in shower and heated ceramic floor.
The roof was redone in 2014.
