Owners’ comments
Renaissance district, highly sought after area - Beautiful Victorian house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and another in the basement. Very nice kitchen with granite counters. Hardwood floors on the ground floor and upstairs, large wooden patio and gazebo, Fontainebleau golf course in the back. Always well maintained, a few minutes from schools, services, and near Highway 640.
Visits will be possible with mandatory bank pre-authorization as well as by appointment only. No Agents.
Covid-19 hygiene measures, mask compulsory during visits. Maximum of 2 people at a time, no children.
