A real intergeneration house in Blainville with no neighbours in the back.

Sector of choice in the Parc Équestre. Very quiet area with lots of young families. Two parcs at the end of the street as well as primary and secondary schools all within walking distance.

Wooden floors. The basement is completely finished and has a complete bathroom. Open concept.

The living room and dining room have been freshly painted (clear grey). 

The 3 1/2 appartment is on the main floor next to the house and has it's own entrance and communicates with the house from inside.

Large backyard with a heated 18 feet above ground pool (2015) with salt system and patio.

 

Central heating and air conditioning.

Roof redone in 2016.

Bike path (petit train du nord) is 50 metres away.  

It is possible to use the apartment as a home office or kindergarden.
