Beautiful home built in 1937! It has two stories of beautiful wood moldings, with a separate two car garage and an incredible cement pool. In the winter, you'll enjoy the real warmth of both the fireplace and the cast iron wood stove. There is a nice river that runs behind the property that is easily heard if the bedroom window's are left open at night. There is a big amount of clean forest left on the property as well, which provides a nice neighborly separation, but there is also two huge grass playing area's as well.

The backyard was completely renovated in 2012 with new grass, black aluminum fencing, a pool house, stone walls and an incredible 12' x 30' cement pool, with granite and stone surroundings.

The pool house has a 100 amps electrical panel. the pool is equipped with a thermo pump heat system, Gold series salt generator, Hayward 4 cartridge filter and Led lighting.

The pool area is surrounded in grey pavers, river rock and beautiful perennial gardens!
