Owners’ comments
The house is located ten minutes' walk from the commuter train (new REM) in operation from one year to another. The area is really quiet with lots of greenery, a ten-minute walk and a small park on the water's edge. All the neighbors are adorable and very friendly. The area is very safe for the family. the house has been redone to 80% and more, flooring, extension 12 x24 on 1 and a half floors, floor beam, insulation, elevation of the roof for better insulation, plumbing, divided garage, 30% shed and 70% garage space heat with sink and built-in furniture, concrete garage drive, 6-seater spa area on dale with gazebo, rear terrace 12 x 24, front terrace with counter ramp, the bathroom has been renovated with a podium bath and a glass shower of 3 x 6 with double knobs, all fittings are guaranteed for life, (2011), the kitchen was redone in 2013, there is a French drain, parking driveway is stone 16 inches deep, there are some repairs minor to do on the house that I have not been able to do this first time and the last two years due to a physical injury and COVID-19, all repairs including the two parts of roofs will be deducted from the sale price with agreements with the future buyer, I have several invoices for renovations made on the property.
