Luminous semi-detached house with alot of storage in a sought out sector. It has been well maintainted over the years. No neighbors behind the property and located on a quiet street.

Many upgrades and renovations done such as the roof (2011), kitchen (2017), basement floors (2018) water heater replaced in 2019. The upstairs and downstairs has been repainted recently (except for the ceilings).

8 minutes walking distance from the train station (REM) and close to the highway, schools, daycares, groceries, a bike path and many green areas around the house (including a large parc behind the property). Perfect for a first-time owner, professionnals, or a small family. Quick integration may be possible.
