*** Waterfront at Gore ***
Beautiful land of 90,000 sq. Ft. Bordered by water on nearly 1000 ft., 2 lakes and a stream, constituting a peninsula. The land is part of a territory of 3 lakes managed by the Cambria Forest Association, an association made up of the owners of this territory.
- ~ 280ft on the edge of Lake Sources
- ~ 430ft on the edge of Lake Densa
- ~ 260ft on the edge of a stream
The field touches at 2 dams. A concrete dam about 15 feet high between Lake Sources and Lake Densa, and a (fairly large) stone dam between Lake Densa and the creek. Dams ensure that water levels are very constant from the beginning to the end of the summer. Only stream flow varies with precipitation.
The plateau of the land is also raised, allowing a view to the south on the virgin mountainous territory.
The land is located in the bottom of a newly built cul-de-sac road, with the services of Hydro-Québec. This cul-de-sac serves only 3 lots, including one of approximately 90 acres across the entire south of Lake Densa.
The land also comes with easements of passage on common access to the lakes.
Just across the street, there are hiking trails on the grounds of the Gore municipality. A park with wetland access trails is currently under construction by the municipality at the entrance to Lake Densa.
Several prestigious homes are built on the other side of Lake Sources.
Gore is in full development! Several new projects are underway: Beatie Lake Municipal Park Project, Lakefield Bike Path Projects, new residential developments, the first commercial site on the 329, etc.
