Fifty-two acre dream property located an hour from both Montreal and Gatineau and just a minute from the 50. With fields and the outline of mountains in the distance as your rear neighbours, as well as wooded areas as next door neighbours on both sides, peace, tranquility and intimacy are assured! But you can also take a short walk to a Tim Hortons, IGA, the pharmacy or a restaurant!

The all-around stone house was built with the highest standards of quality in mind. It has a chefs dream kitchen, a built-in kitchen nook/booth, 3 large bedrooms (you can easily have 4 if you close off the large open boudoir on the 2nd floor which was originally a bedroom in the house plans), a ground floor office, dining room, large living room with gas fireplace, a heated in-ground pool with spa area and a large 2-car garage (can be heated) from where one can access the house or the basement. The current 48 in Heartland stove is electric, but there is also a gas hook-up if you prefer a gas stove. The hood is commercial grade.

In addition to the residence, the property includes a large, modern heated barn/stable that includes 5 large box stalls, numerous standing stalls, a tack room, a bathroom with shower that also connects with the staircase leading to the barn loft apartment complete with its own kitchen. You can rent the apartment, have employees live there or use it as the ranchs club house. The barn also has its own attached garage, with work bench and storage space. It currently houses our lawn tractor and utility side-by-side vehicle (available for purchase, if desired).

The property also includes a large screened gazebo with a lean-to for the large BBQ (included in sale). The gazebo has electrical outlets, ceiling fans, a sink, counter, and commercial cooking griddle. Not far from the gazebo, there is a big fire put for optimal partying. We've celebrated anniversaries, birthdays and weddings with great success on this wonderful property.

The land is partly cultivated, partly paddocked and partly wooded. Some of the fields closer to the house are hay fields that a neighbouring farmer cuts for us. Some of the land further away is used by the neighbour for corn or soja. There are multiple fenced paddocks, many of which have animal shelters.
