Owners’ comments

This is a 4 km long motor boat navigable lake, good for fishing, swimming and water sports.  Very quiet area, approximately 45 minutes from Mont-Tremblant.  A brand new 8 X 10 dock and pier were installed in 2017.  Also, our artesien well was fitted with a new water pump in April 2017. The wooden stairs giving access to the lake are new as of  2018.

This property has direct access to the ATV and skidoo trails.  The house is built on the ARXX foundation system and the integrated generator is included in case of power loss. The home features an intercom system for the main entrance and the basement and a speaker system for the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and outdoors. The family room in the basement includes the tv, the tv stand, sub-woofer and integrated ceiling speakers.  The Bar in the basement is in two pieces and is excluded.

The detached workshop measures 17'X20'; the woodshed 15'X16'; the storage shed 16'X8' with built-in bunk beds, TV and stereo.  The attached garage measures: 20'X26'.
