Bungalow with accommodation in Saint-Janvier, Mirabel, city where taxes are very affordable.

The property has two separate addresses, two electric entrances and two independent parking entrances. The parking entrance to the house can easily accommodate four cars and the entrance to the accommodation can accommodate two cars. The asphalt resurfacing of both entrances was redone in 2019.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 1 in the basement which has its own bathroom with a shower.

The basement housing is a 3 1/2.

Due to its large windows, the house is very sunny and has the following attributes:

  • Direct access from the garage to the kitchen;
  • Wood fireplace in the living room;
  • Waste grinder in the kitchen;
  • Central vacuum cleaner with dust holder built-in in the kitchen;
