It is located on the top floor of the building thus ensuring the tranquility of the place. Located close to all services, Highway 15 and 10 minutes walk from the future Mirabel station (fall 2020) and the bike path train from the north.

Spacious with 9 ft ceilings and very bright. It has a natural gas fireplace, an air exchanger and a wall unit air conditioning that provide energy efficiency at low cost. The bathroom has a very large glass shower and the kitchen has lots of cabinets, a drawer and the doors are equipped with stoppers. Fixtures, curtains and dishwasher are also included in the price of the sale.
