Pretty farmhouse of 52 acres in beautiful surroundings, surrounded by cultivated fields. The property is composed of cultivated fields and a wooded area crossed by Leduc Creek.

The house has been renovated significantly over the last 2 years. The roof and siding have been replaced. All doors and windows have been replaced. The hardwood floors have been redone. The main bathroom has been renovated. Painting has been done on both floors.

Slow combustion stove and electric heating with electronic thermostats everywhere.

Attached garage. Secondary buildings: shed and nice barn.

Artesian well. The septic installations were replaced in 2016.
