Here's for those with business sense

Buy this condo with other members of your family or friends. A group of 4 buyers will see its acquisition cost at   $80,000 ($320,000 / 4), a down payment of 20% is only $16,000. Your annual fee would be $3500 (!).  The equivalent of a week of vacation but you can enjoy the equivalent of 13 weeks so come and enjoy the Tremblant region summer, fall, winter and spring. It's up to you to establish with your group your schedule of occupation.

The structure is easy to establish. 4 buyers with 25% of the property. This is not a timeshare. It is a condo buy with family or friends. You own the condo. The bank can finance with a 1st mortgage as any residence.  You determine the process of selecting your weeks, you open a separate bank account for this project, from which 1 or 2 times a year the owners pay their $ 3,500 for a total cost of occupation of $14,000 / year that will be used for payment $8,700 condo fees, $2,500 municipal taxes, $390 school taxes, $630 insurance payments, $1,600 electricity per year, and any other expenses you would like to include.  Moreover, today the automatic debiting methods apply with all these suppliers.
