On the site of the old Hôtel du Lac, renowned for its magnificent views, this 1100 square feet unit on 2 floors is located in a complex allowing short-term rentals on all platforms. Excellent investment! In addition, by offering short-term rentals, you will be able to defer the GST and QST!

In addition to the proximity to Tremblant resort, the condo is 5 minutes away from the village of Mont-Tremblant and 2 minutes from the beach. You are in a quiet location and close to everything.

The condo has 2 bedrooms each with their in-suite bathroom. The first has a queen bed and a balcony with a spectacular view on the lake and the mountains. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The bedrooms are upstairs with no other unit above, tranquility guaranteed!
