AREA:

Very private retreat and relaxing scenery. We head toward cottage by a private street of approximately 500m. That street is a dead end.  We arrive at the end of the street and access the owner private drive way of approximately  150m up hill to the gorgeous cottage.

Once, you are up there, you have a panoramic view of the forest without sightseeing neibors at the horizon. The cottage is approximately 7km from Ski Morin-Heights, the village, IGA, SAQ and FAMILIPRIX (drugstore).

You can also access tracks of the Viking Cross-country ski club and snowshoeing directly from the house.  There is no snowmobile trails in the close area so it quiet and peaceful.

EXTERIOR:

Surround by beech and maple trees, the land is fairly flat in the parking area and badminton field (North side).  The land is going down by west side toward SPA and access to basement double door (South side). Right over these doors, you have a full lenght balcony. One part is covered. In that covered area, you have a view to SPA and the firecamp spot area. The sun is shining on that balcony from very early in the morning to mid afternoon.

INTERIOR:

All floors of the house are heated by hot water radiant tubing. All windows are made with tinted wood in the inside and black aluminium finish outside.
