À l'étage, toit mansardé dans les 2 chambres. Chacune des chambres a sa personnalité propre : la chambre principale de très belle dimension avec ses poutres apparentes, la chambre secondaire avec son lit encastré (avec rangements).
Un sous-sol de service de 4 à 6 pieds idéal pour rangement.
