Several renovations were realized including the bathroom, wood floors, kitchen, swimming pool, patio, etc.

A very quiet area in a street corner very little passing. The privacy of the backyard is provided by a 20-ft cedar hedge and 7 mature trees. An unequaled quality of life and a perfect place for your family.

The taxes are very low because the infrastructures are fully paid. The roof was redone and warranty until 2022.
