Walking distance to schools, parks, train station, it's hidden behind mature trees, giving it the stamp of a secret and isolated dwelling in the heart of the necessities. It has its own color, which immediately evokes the sweetness of a quiet conversation, a shared moment, the characteristic well-being that one feels only at home. 

Major renovations were completed in 2005 from the plumbing to the central heating and air conditioning system, electricity, Marvin windows, and Ipé wood floors. There is no shortage of custom-made woodwork and components, consisting solely of quality materials and embellishing each piece in an inimitable way.
The large screened porch and professional landscaping give us the impression of being in the countryside.
