Warm and bright open concept bungalow erected on a large wooded lot of 18,400 square feet 1 hour from Montreal, 10 minutes drive from the village (grocery store, cultural bistro, Mount Avalanche, outdoor center, library, Lake Saint-Joseph, parks, exhibition hall) and 5 minutes walk from the small beach of Estate up and Long Lake, beautiful big healthy lake, forbidden to motorized vehicles.

This cottage is a dream place for three main reasons. The first is that its large open space allows a multitude of facilities. The second is the fact that in summer and winter, this chalet gives the impression of being outside because the windows are large and well placed. And the third is the proximity to everything (Montreal, ski slopes, lake).

The asphalt shingle roof will be redone in a few weeks or spring at my expense. There is no emergency (no infiltration), but the shingle is crumbbing, and I asked for quotes and I can get the work done if the possession doesn't take place right away.

The land requires little maintenance, there are no close neighbors, the place is very peaceful and allows direct access to the forest (snowshoeing and cross-country skiing).

The water comes from a surface well. To ensure safe drinking water at all times, we use an ultraviolet water treatment system.
