Notarized acces to Lake Gemont is possible by means of shared lot between the residents of the domain. The lake is great for swimming, fishing and boating (with or without electric motor).

The Owners' Association of Lake Gemont is very active in the preservation of the lake and the domain and regularly organize activities promoting the well-being and social activities for all the members.

In 2021, the annual fees for the Owners' Association was $100.
