Pretty ancestral house built between 1802 located very close to the Old St-Eustache.
The house has been enlarged from the rear (year of unknown construction) where on the ground floor we find a beautiful bright family room whose windows, patio door and insulation were renovated in October 2016.
This home also offers a second living room with a slow-burning fireplace (the fireplace was changed in 2013).
The kitchen is separated from the dining room by the beautiful stone wall of the house and offers a beautiful work space. The hardwood floor is antique type and was redone in 2014.
