Nice house built in 2007 with revenue (3 and a half apartment) 1.5 km from route 117.

Located 3 mins from ski Mont Blanc and a golf course.  6 mins from St-Jovite (Mont Tremblant) and services (3 grocery stores, elementary school, high school, etc...)
