Beautiful property in Bellefeuille in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property has a large yard ideal for large families. No danger of receiving golf balls as you face the start of hole no.11. The house is accompanied by a separate lighted and insulated garage for the handy man. A shed of 11 feet by 27 feet is attached  to the garage. It can also be used as a carport. At the end of the land there is a second shed of 7x11 feet. The property also comes with a spa covered with a wooden garden shed with a bar.

The street is peaceful and safe because it is mostly used almost only by home owners of the Phase1 project.

Inside the house, the space is divided on 2 floors. The family and common areas are on the main floor and the bedrooms upstairs. The property has been duly maintained over the years. The large windows lets through the natural light of the day for a warm atmosphere.
