Close to all services onfoot are 15 minutes from St-Jérome city centre and the train. Bus around the corner. Amazing this is the countryside in town!

Magnificent penthouse whose master bedroom is on the mezzanine with a whirlpool bath for two people, a shower room and large custom-made wardrobes including a location for a TV. In addition, there is a large walk-in closet as well as additional storage space.

When you enter, there is a large vestibule with a wardrobe, in addition to another storage space. There are three bedrooms that can accommodate double beds each. Then you arrive in an open concept space on the living room, the dining room, and the modern o with a granite countertop. There is a large full bathroom with separate bath and shower and a washer dryer corner.

Outdoor storage space and parking space included. Possibility to rent another parking space as I am currently doing.
