Luxurious HOUSE IN ONE LEVEL « PLAIN PIED » the Heart of St-Sauveur village, Californian style, combines the warmth of wood and contemporary style, double garage, situated in a dead-end street... no noise.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood-burning fireplace, in-ground swimming pool 18 X 22 X 36, style Tahiti inverted, heat pump Hayward 125000 BTU, the most silent. The pump is installed in one small house (8' X 8') allowing to tidy up tools, lawnmower, bike, etc.
The private ground surrounded by conifers and decorative fence OASIS, color copper, is splendidly landscaped besides being endowed with a system of irrigation. In both extremities is their undergrowth which welcomes feeding dishes of birds, hammocks for the nature lovers a real hâvre of peace and tranquility there within 10 minutes walk of the village.
Upon entering, a large boudoir opens onto the main open-plan rooms. Featuring heated travertine floors with its large quartz central island, double sink in Silgranit, washer-dryer corner, the off-white kitchen was completely renovated in 2012 and offers a splendid view of the inner courtyard, its swimming pool and gardens. Two patio doors, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen, overlook the 32' X 11' terrace and the pool. Washer-dryer area nearby.
The dining room shares a two-sided fireplace with a very large open living room and open onto the large south facing terrace. The double garage (26' 10'' X 19' 4'') well appointed with wooden cabinets and shelves to allow more storage. Two big additional cupboards, one for the hot water tank and the other for the electrical box and central vacuum, can be used for additional storage.
