Luxurious HOUSE IN ONE LEVEL « PLAIN PIED » the Heart of St-Sauveur village, Californian style, combines the warmth of wood and contemporary style, double garage, situated in a dead-end street... no noise. 

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood-burning fireplace, in-ground swimming pool 18 X 22 X 36, style Tahiti inverted, heat pump Hayward 125000 BTU, the most silent. The pump is installed in one small house (8' X 8') allowing to tidy up tools, lawnmower, bike, etc.

The private ground surrounded by conifers and decorative fence OASIS, color copper, is splendidly landscaped besides being endowed with a system of irrigation. In both extremities is their undergrowth which welcomes feeding dishes of birds, hammocks for the nature lovers a real hâvre of peace and tranquility there within 10 minutes walk of the village.

Upon entering, a large boudoir opens onto the main open-plan rooms. Featuring heated travertine floors with its large quartz central island, double sink in Silgranit, washer-dryer corner, the off-white kitchen was completely renovated in 2012 and offers a splendid view of the inner courtyard, its swimming pool and gardens.
