Beautiful cedar siding house on Rivière à Simon river with more than 400 feet on the river, few minutes from the well renowned St-Sauveur village and walking distance from Mt-Gabriel ski slopes.

The total size of the lot is 95 000 square feet, there is a private island of more than 35,000 square feet on the property with a beach and wood gazebo, with 2 rustic bridges to get to this haven of peace with the sound of the river that flows all year. Very nice natural stone wood fireplace in living room.

The new section on the main floor with its private entrance, full bathroom, bedroom, living room and walk in closet, could easily be converted for bi-generation living and make it independent. 

Built with high quality materials such as travertine floor on the main level and hardwood on the 2nd floor, kitchen cabinets and concrete counters were built on the premises by a renowned cabinet maker.

Very high quality water is provided by an artesian well 250 feet deep, 2 new water heaters were installed to provide hot water to both sections of the house.
