Superb single-family house located in one of the most beautiful regions of Saint-Sauveur.

In mountains in a peaceful area (dead end street) the view is magnificent.
In the winter, we see the ski slopes illuminated, the autumn the colors invade us, the deer visit us and the summer ... it is the richness of the resort that is at its full maturity.

We have a small dreamy courtyard well equipped with a salt-water pool (easy to maintain). Summers will never be the same !! Without immediate neighbors, our court is private.

At 2.5 km from the village of St-Sauveur, we have the best of both worlds: tranquility and proximity to services (ski slopes, restaurants, parks, schools, medical clinic, shops, grocery stores ...).

One hour from Montreal and 45 minutes from Mont Tremblant.

The house was built in 2002, by the current owner. Initially it was conceived with a housing of the type '' bachelor '' in half basement with big windows. We converted it, two years ago, into a single-family house without rent. Since there are two separate addresses and two electricity meters, it is possible to put this space back into a rental unit. The rent was $ 700 / month. It has always been easily rented with a rental rate of almost 100% and tenants were stable.

On the second floor are three bedrooms.

The construction of the garage and the swimming pool was made in 2010. The garage can be used as a workshop since there is electricity and all the plumbing with a tank for water.
