Located at Mont Habitant, a popular area of Saint-Sauveur, west side of the Skiers Trail and its ski slopes, overlooking the Swiss Mount, and in a dead end, this house was built with strength, and attention to detail, offers a lot of comfort, a lot of privacy, especially in the back, on the terrace surrounded by trees and birds.

In addition, arranged on 3 levels, the living spaces of each are respected. The reinforcement of the roof is reinforced so as not to have to clear snow in the winter. Insulation superior to the Garden level. The interior windows, which offer a particular character, are made of maple as well as the main staircase and the floors.
