Nice two-storey two-generation house built in 2005 with garage attached to the house. On the back terrace, a SPA is installed, protected by a solarium in Paris. This lovely house is located on the shores of Lac Légaré in a very peaceful and pleasant family neighborhood.

On the ground floor you will find an open concept kitchen with the dining room, a living room with a slow burning fireplace and a shower room/laundry room.

On

the first floor are the master bedroom and two children's bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a heated floor, a podium bath and a separate shower.

The basement (garden level) is fully fitted out: open concept kitchen with dining room and living room, a bedroom and a room that can be used as an office or storage. The laundry room is in an enclosed space in the living room with storage cabinets above the washer and dryer.

A nice veranda has been added and can be an extra room for meals or a place to stay during the summer or the 4 seasons.

This superb bigenerational home (rare and sought-after product) is located 5 minutes walk from a primary school, the multipurpose of Les Monts and the sports center. The bike path can be reached in a few minutes.
