Large bungalow located in Ste-Anne-des-Lacs on a lot of over 70,000 square feet, no neighbors at the back, 21 foot above ground pool with solar heating. Hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails are accessible directly at the back of the house. 

Ste-Anne-des-Lacs is a beautiful, quiet and picturesque village close to everything. Access to the highways (A15 North- exit 57) and (117 North) at 5 minutes, St-Sauveur (10 minutes) and 15 minutes from St-Jérôme.  Near ski centers.

Large open rooms. Living room with a gas fireplace. Superb kitchen with wooden cabinets with exit to the 3 seasons veranda, laundry room and space for 2nd fridge and freezer adjoining the kitchen with a recycling chute arriving directly in the garage. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a walk-in closet and another in the basement, as well as an office.

The basement is well lit with direct access to the outside. A bar section and a home theater in the family room and a large games room where is currently a pool table.  This basement could easily be converted into a bi-generation dwelling with its independent access.

Lots of storage, in the basement, under the veranda and in the garage, because it is very large in addition to having an attic for storage.
