The condo is very well located. Two minutes walk from the Ste-Thérèse train station and bus stop.
Very quiet location and a prime spot near all services: Place Rosemère Mall, Faubourg Boisbriand, Lionel-Groulx Theater, schools (high schools, primary, college), municipal library, parks, tennis court, and many restaurants.
