A visit is a must !

Quality residence with 4 bedrooms located in a quiet area and close to everything!

Five-minute walk to a large park with a soccer field and tennis courts and a bike path.

The large master bedroom has two large wardrobes (for her and him).

The landscape was completely redone in the back-yard in 2019 & 2020 front of the house with new landscape and balcony with many other renovations that have been done in recent years.

A finished basement with maple hardwood floors also a great place for a home theater. A room currently in the basement is being used for storage but already was functional as a kitchen for a daycare.

This house is user-friendly to start-up Daycare Center business!

A slow combustion fireplace in the basement is capable of heating the entire house in winter.

The recently build driveway in asphalt and with uni-stone contour can accommodate 4 cars.

A big garden area is being used to cultivated organic vegetables and has been so for the last 10 years, also on the property:

  • a pear tree,
  • a plum tree,
  • a cherry tree
  • an apple tree (all in production)

Also a big area is dedicated for perennial flowers.
