Very nice cottage located in a roundabout with a large park (Lyon). It is close to several services and close to highways 19, 15 and 440 as well as the Ste-Rose and Bellerose train station and the metro. Primary and secondary schools are on foot.
Inside you find large rooms. On the ground floor a large living room with a gas fireplace and a large dining room are very well lit by large windows. Très beau cottage situé dans un rond-point avec un grand parc (Lyon). Elle se trouve à proximité de plusieurs services et près des autoroutes 19, 15 et 440 ainsi que la gare Ste-Rose et Bellerose et du métro. Les écoles primaires et secondaires se font à pied.
Vous retrouvez à l'intérieur de vastes pièces. Au rez-de-chaussée un grand salon avec un foyer au gaz ainsi qu'une grande salle à manger y sont très bien éclairés par de grandes fenêtres. La cuisine avec des armoires en bois massif et des comptoirs en granite en plus de la dînette sont au coeur de la maison. Pour sa commodité, il y a également une salle d'eau avec salle de lavage.
À l'étage nous découvrons 4 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain complètes. Un walk-in se retrouve dans la chambre des maîtres.
