Beautiful Cottage, absolutely turnkey, which has been very well maintained over time with attention to detail, impeccable and warm. Located in a roundabout (croissant) with little traffic and in a very quiet neighborhood. You will be close to Ste-Rose station (2.5 km) to board the St-Jérôme line train, as well as elementary and secondary school. You will have quick access to the main roads of the North Shore (highways 335, 19, 440, 15 and 640
).A house with a very private backyard, inground/heated pool, you are surrounded by a beautiful cedar hedge over 12' high. A gazebo installed on the patio at the exit of the kitchen gives you a feeling of finding yourself a bit like on vacation when you enjoy your coffee/croissant in the morning or to have a nice wine and cheese tasting when you return
from work.We have good news!! Most of the house is freshly painted (at the end of May)!
Several improvements:
2018 Changing the hot water tank (purchase);
2019 Repairing the water outlet for the garden hose at the back of the house;
2020 Installing a new bathroom in the basement.
2020 Change of the rumps up to date.

Située dans un rond-point (croissant) avec peu de circulation et dans un quartier très tranquille. Vous serez à proximité de la gare Ste-Rose (2,5 km) pour embarquer sur le train de la ligne St-Jérôme, ainsi que de l'école primaire et secondaire. Vous aurez un accès rapide aux principaux axes routiers de la rive-nord (autoroute 335, 19, 440, 15 et 640).
Une maison avec une cour arrière très privée, piscine creusée/chauffée, vous êtes entourée d'une belle haie de cèdres de plus de 12' de haut. Un gazebo installé sur le le patio à la sortie de la cuisine vous donne un sentiment de vous retrouver un peu comme en vacances lorsque vous dégustez votre café/croissant le matin ou pour vous faire une belle dégustation vins et fromages au retour du travail.
Nous avons une bonne nouvelle!! La maison est fraîchement peinte (fin mai) en majeur partie!

La porte du garage n'ouvre qu'à 75% en raison que le moteur est situé au plafond. La porte pourrait ouvrir complètement en installant un dispositif sur le mur du côté. Comme nous n'avons jamais stationné de véhicule à l'intérieur de celui-ci, nous n'avons jamais fait la modification. Mais si vous le souhaitez, nous aurons l'information pertinente pour vous afin d'effectuer la correction.
