Really well located, a corner unit on the ground floor, exposed to a lot of light, offering good storage space with an independant entrance on a peaceful street without rear neighbors and, with a park a hundred paces away !
In addition, you will be close to Montreal by highway 15 and the Lachapelle bridge (Cartierville); close to shops and services, all schools, concert halls and arena ( Place Bell, and salle André-Mathieu CEGEP ), Montmorency metro and a bike path
