Beautiful corner condominium (exterior) of 1200 sq., construction 2006, including interior garage and exterior parking space. Situated on first floor and not the basement, large terrace, big master bedroom with balcony, large opened rooms. AC, fireplace, air exchanger,  fire alarm system, smoke detector.

Beautiful site, private domain and secure, terrace view at the green space and fountain.   Sector sought as very close to train station, Montmorency Metro, and also Carrefour Laval, highway 13, 15 and 440. Reasonable condo fees. Pets allowed.

Close by: Schools, Day care, public transportation, train station, bicycle lane.
