Owners’ comments
Peaceful condo of 1045 square feet in downtown Laval. This condo has 2 bedrooms (one with a walk-in), a gas fireplace in the living room, 2 big balconies, a gas BBQ on the front balcony, an outside parking place for the owner and a visitor place possible. Insonorisation is wonderfull and superior quality and the mail is delivered inside.
The management of the condos is internal and the expenses are divided by 14 condos.
The condo fees are low (125 $ per month) and the provident fund is in good health.
We are at 5 minutes walk from Carrefour Laval, WalMart, cinema, banks and bus stop toward Montmorency station (Cegep et Université).
We also are at 2 minutes of autoroutes 440, 15 and 13.
