The Condo

Beautiful 1131.4 sqare feet condo located on the 5th floor, full of natural light and breathtaking sunsets, unobstructed views (no possible high-rise construction on this side of the unit). The unit is an entertainer's joy with a contemporary open-living concept that extends onto a large terrace fitted with a natural gas BBQ connection and ample space to include a large lounge set or table.   

The unit offers two (2) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, spacious living-room with natural gas fireplace, dining room fitting an 8-seater dining table, a laundry and storage-fitted space.  The kitchen includes beautiful and plentiful dark wood cabinets and quartz counter tops with a large undermount sink with a single-lever pull out spray. 

Also available for the sole use of the owner is an easy access and dedicated in-door parking space (possibility to rent additional spaces).  At the same level, you will find your dedicated locker to store bicycles, terrace furniture, boxes, etc. 

Small dogs are welcomed.

The building and services:

VIVA Urban Condos is a project of urban style condos in a sought-after environment. The condo is located in phase 2 of an 8 buildings projects erected around a courtyard crisscrossed with walking trails, gardens, squares with fountain, a sunbathing area, and a green golf practice area.
