This high class 2,540 square feet Penthousewas was built according to the design signed by the actuel owner and was customized with all the upgrade available. The complex was built based on institutional norms. The condo has 10 ft celling facing south with two large balconies. It is very well-lighted. All aspects of the condo construction were upgrade to "très haut de gamme ".

The kitchen was imported from France and counters come from Brazil. The condo is the only one in the complex with walls with round corners. The floors have highest quality level availible. The firewood lso offers heating bathroom floors, solid doors and Crystal Lalique (from France) decorative panels insert in the woodwork and one decorative panel in the entrance. Dishwasher, oven, cooker hood and heating plate are from Miele. There is a Sub-Zero refregerator and a Panasonic microwave. There are four exits for the vaccuum clesner.

There are two bathrooms with shower and bath. There is another one for visitors.

You can manage easely and differently the divisions of the condo.

The complex has multiple surveillance cameras, a security system, an intercom and camera at the locked main entrance. Condo owners and their family have access to an indoor pool with a bat tub, 2 saunas, a hight class fitness center, a billard room, community room with firewood and kitchen and an outdoor terrace with BBBQs.

The complex is located at a walking distance from a movie theater, a modern shopping mall (Carrefour Laval) and the Centopolis which includes a large number of restaurants, shops, banks, haidressing,services, professionnal service and a yogs studi. Subway, Place Bell, Cegep, Salle André Mathieu, Centre des Arts are in the same area. Freeway 15 and 440 are quite close.
