Corner unit on the 7th floor with 180-degree windows, view from the Olympic Stadium to the west of Laval, ideal for setting up your office. Extremely soundproofed by the concrete structure, spacious and bright condo in a peaceful environment. Three patio doors give you access to the huge 35-foot balcony. Safe with 24-hour superintendent, 9 surveillance cameras directly on your TV.
 
Well maintained high-end building. Building recently renovated major works (roof, work on the brick facade, concrete slab indoor garage, exterior asphalt, renovation of common areas).

Hot water tank changed in October 2020. Central vacuum and central air conditioning. All appliances included, possibility of leaving part of the furniture, to be discussed.
